PROPOSALS FOR COLLABORATION · GABRIEL NICOLAEV – CYGURU

A defined contribution.
A measurable result.

Six practical pathways for universities, schools, libraries and cultural organisations. All are proposals for discussion; this page does not represent a signed agreement or confirmed institutional endorsement.

Relationship status: proposed — scope, timing and responsibilities require written agreement.
PATHWAY 01

Institutional profile verification

Admissions or communications teams provide the registered campus identity, official programme pages, stage ranges, current contact route and dated corrections. Sharjah Education checks the sources, preserves the distinction between campuses and records what was reviewed. An institutional factual review does not purchase a ranking or transfer editorial control.

Proposed benefit
A clearer public profile and fewer misdirected enquiries.
Responsibilities
Institution: nominate a factual reviewer. Platform: maintain source links, a revision record and a visible review date.
Proposed pilot measure
Pilot proposal: five reviewed campus profiles; all critical identity and programme discrepancies resolved or explicitly withheld.
PATHWAY 02

Scholarships and opportunity publication

Funding and student-opportunity teams supply the official call, eligibility, benefit scope, application route, opening and closing information and a contact responsible for changes. The platform distinguishes funding from admissions, marks unconfirmed deadlines and changes the visible state when a published date passes. Applications remain with the provider.

Proposed benefit
Applicants see the correct route and conditions before contacting the provider.
Responsibilities
Institution: notify changes and closures. Platform: verify dates and sources, preserve the last-checked date and remove unsupported availability claims.
Proposed pilot measure
Pilot proposal: six complete opportunity records; every record has a source, owner contact, status and verification date.
PATHWAY 03

Faculty and practitioner contributions

Contributors propose an original explanatory article or interview tied to a specific educational question. Agree the author credit, permitted images, references, translation review and revision process before publication. The final page should explain the contributor’s actual role without implying a university endorsement that has not been approved.

Proposed benefit
Academic expertise becomes accessible to families, students and a wider bilingual audience.
Responsibilities
Contributor: substantiate claims and approve attributed quotations. Platform: edit, link evidence and label the relationship accurately.
Proposed pilot measure
Pilot proposal: two substantive bilingual contributions with named authors and an agreed factual-review record.
PATHWAY 04

Culture-to-classroom learning routes

Museums, libraries and cultural organisations can co-develop a focused learning route around a collection or programme. Define the age range, learning objective, language, visit preparation and follow-up task. A published route is separate from an actual group booking, which remains subject to the venue’s own approval and availability.

Proposed benefit
Teachers can connect a local cultural resource with a clear learning purpose.
Responsibilities
Venue: review collection and access facts. Platform: publish an accessible bilingual route with a clear booking distinction.
Proposed pilot measure
Pilot proposal: two reviewed routes, each with one defined objective and a practical before/during/after sequence.
PATHWAY 05

Campus locations and accessible information

Institutions supply their own campus map reference and identify the relevant entrance or visitor route where appropriate. The platform checks that the reference belongs to the stated campus, links the evidence and keeps unverified locations unplotted. Review the clarity of language, page structure and access instructions alongside location accuracy.

Proposed benefit
Fewer wrong-campus journeys and a more usable education directory.
Responsibilities
Institution: confirm map reference and visitor instructions. Platform: preserve provenance and separate map orientation from a guaranteed entrance route.
Proposed pilot measure
Pilot proposal: twenty additional campus references reviewed, with a source and verification date for each.
PATHWAY 06

Supervised student projects

An academic unit can propose a bounded student project such as bilingual information design, a public-resource audit or a learning-route prototype. Agree supervision, ownership, publication permissions and assessment responsibilities before work begins. The project should produce a reviewable deliverable, with educational assessment remaining with the academic unit.

Proposed benefit
Students gain a defined applied task connected to Sharjah’s public knowledge infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Academic unit: supervise and assess. Platform: provide a scoped brief and review publication suitability.
Proposed pilot measure
Pilot proposal: two supervised project briefs, each with a named supervisor, deliverable and review date.
PROPOSED SCHEDULE · SUBJECT TO AGREEMENT
